#SDRW – $15 Lunch Special

Come one come all to the annual San Diego Restaurant Week (SDRW)- September 20th through September 27th 2015! San Diego’s best has compiled specialty menus for this special event. Like many of our great San Diego restaurant neighbors, we have a special price-fixe $15 Lunch from 11am-3pm.


Items include:

  • Entrée Choice of:
    • Croque Monsieur
    • Salade Parfaite
    • Nicois OR Chicken Panini + Soup
    • Salmon Carpaccio
 
  • Dessert Choice of:
    • Chocolate Eclair
    • Fruit Eclair
    • Paris Brest
      • *Add $2 to any dessert than the ones listed above
  • Drink Choice:
    • Organic Soda

One of the best things about restaurant week besides the food and drinks, is the social responsibility involved with this event. SDRW has collaborated with Sysco so that every time you take a picture, post a photo of your meal while dining at a SDWR business, tag the participating restaurant –#LeParfaitParis– use the hashtag #Food4Kids, Sysco will donate $1 for every post during the event!Screen Shot 2015-09-18 at 2.02.18 PM copy

Talk about a great cause right?! So please folks, take out your cameras, iPhones, Androids, or whatever device you may have with a lens, and share it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, with the hashtags-#SDRW #Food4Kids-and we can help feed the children!

The Places We Go!

In case you haven’t heard the buzz yet, Le Parfait has been invited to join alongside 17 vendors at the new Liberty Station food hall! We are excited for this new adventure and we hope to be building more buzz about our products!

Some of or “Vendor Mates” include:

  • Pasta Design: who use local all natural products to hand craft their pasta and ravioli
  • Point Loma Tea: owner Cheryl Graf “…wants you to experience the awesome specialty teas… “
  • Local Greens: supports local farmers and source their organic products for sustainability.
  • Fishbone Kitchen: plans to focus on selling local, sustainable seafood.
  • Stuffed: make organic grass-fed hamburgers and will be selling hot food to go at the hall
  • Dessert Smoke: who will be selling a variety of BBQ sauces to spice up your taste buds
  • Parana Empanadas: is an Argentinian eatery who will be selling a variety of flavors packaged for you to enjoy at home

All Aboard the Hornblower!

Music. Food. Networking. San Diego Bay. Le Parfait Paris with San Diego’s Best! Brings us to say, we were more than grateful to be invited to join in on the Hornblower’s Annual Industry Cruise on August 12, 2015.

We got to mingle and network with some of San Diego’s best, and made some great connections! Not only that, it was our chance to strut our stuff and display our best Macarons and other dessert bites!FullSizeRenderFullSizeRender-1

The cruise took place on the San Diego Hornblower, which I may say is a beautiful cruise ship! If you live, or are visiting San Diego, and haven’t ridden on it yet, you definitely should!

Living in San Diego, well anywhere really, it is always a plus to have some great connections. (You know that whole Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon; you know someone who knows someone who knows the Kevin Bacon).

Anyways, it is always important to have your connections, especially if those connections lead you to the right people. Which luckily, this Industry Cruise made it capable for us to connect with these individuals. We had people who already knew about us and those who have heard of us but hadn’t quite caught up to the wagon. With these connections we are now able to expand our brand and market to potential clients and maybe even our future business partners.

I know this may sound sort of boring, but just think of it as a giant social happy hour-food, drinks, and a live DJ. Plus when you meet that right person and are planning let’s say a party, who are you going to call last minute for a special order? *Cough *Cough Le Parfait Paris of course!

Nevertheless, it was a great event to be a part of and we are excited to be invited back next year!

Feed Your Inner Foodie

Growing up in San Diego, I’m sure we have all participated in the Taco Tuesday frenzy. I find that once we start getting older we kind of wander away from what everyone is going to during the week. Either that, or you just get tired of it after a while. Instead of an every week thing, you make it more of a once a month thing. I myself always try to look for something new; what’s the new “hippest” little eating place in town, what hole in the wall can I go to next. My inner Foodie is always craving something new and exciting to place on my palate and fill my belly. If your inner Foodie is calling for something new and exciting, why not try our Tapas Tuesday?


Selected Tapa items from the menu are 50% Off which include:

  • Soup of the Month- Ingredients vary on season, but they are freshly picked from our local Farmer’s Market.

No doubt that these boards always go amazing with a nice glass of wine. My personal favorite, any Red Wine, I feel it expands the taste buds to gain more flavors off the cheese and meat combo.

Along with our wines being half off during our Happier Hour (3pm-8pm Mon-Fri), you can have one of our 50% Off Tapas, and a nice glass of wine on the side. Or try out one of our Beer Flights to share.
